Delivery
Template wording for a store that is not trading yet. Have it reviewed, and fill in the placeholder addresses, before launch.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Some items are packed and sent from a UK warehouse operated by our fulfilment partner; others are sent from our partner's warehouse in China. Each product page and your basket say which, with the delivery estimate for that item. Delivery times are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) from when you order. An order with items from both warehouses arrives in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Every product page, and your basket, says where that item ships from. Items from China take longer because they travel from overseas before a UK carrier delivers them.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays), counted from the day you order. Each product page also shows its own estimate. Busy periods and severe weather can add a day or two. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel it for a full refund.
An order with items from both warehouses, or a kit that includes both, arrives in more than one parcel. You will not be charged extra for that.
Problems with delivery
If something arrives damaged or a parcel goes missing, email [email protected] with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
