A soft black mesh panel with a metal pole sewn into each end to keep it taut. Stick the four hooks to the wall or door frame on each side, then hook the corner loops over them. Unhook one side to walk through, or roll the mesh up and put it away.

The panel measures about 180 cm long and 72 cm high, so it covers openings narrower than that. It is a pet barrier for keeping a dog out of a room or off the stairs while you are at home, not a fixed gate.

Before you order

The hooks are self-adhesive and hold best on smooth, flat surfaces such as glass, metal, solid wood or wallpaper in good condition; they do not stick well to rough or flaky paint. Check the hooks' fit before relying on the barrier.

Safety
  • A pet barrier only. It is not a child safety gate and must not be used to keep children away from stairs or hazards.
  • Do not use it at the top of a staircase: a dog pushing against soft mesh could fall.
  • Soft mesh will not stop a dog that jumps, climbs, chews or pushes hard. Watch how your dog reacts to it before leaving them with it.
  • Check the hooks and mesh regularly and stop using the barrier if a hook loosens or the mesh is torn.

Pairs well with
